The pH electrode installed in the bioreactor needs to be able to withstand the high temperature disinfection and sterilization process. And it can provide reliable and stable measurement data under high temperature environment. Daruifuno's ASP120E series pH electrodes are specially designed for some special industrial environments, including special occasions such as fermentation, high temperature, chemical process and pure water. In some industries such as the fermentation industry, fermenters are required. Common installation methods for pH electrodes are: submerged, flow-through, and pipeline. Fermentation tanks are usually installed on the side wall. Our company specially designed this set of side wall mounting accessories for fermenters, suitable for glass electrodes with PG13.5 thread and pH electrodes with 1 inch NPT thread.?

When using a PH Sensor in a fermenter, especially a Glass PH Electrode, it can be covered with a stainless steel protective sleeve or a PTFE sheath. The pH sensor of ASP125E is specially customized for high temperature fermentation industry.
