In the field of water quality monitoring and analysis, Daruifuno's water quality instrument development team has stringent requirements on the performance of sensors, especially for waterproof sensors, pressure-resistant sensors, and air-tightness. We adhere to the concept of practice to gain true knowledge and continue to explore and optimize. To achieve this goal, we use innovative pipeline installation methods to cleverly integrate various types of sensors and probes (including but not limited to chemical oxygen demand (COD) sensors, blue-green algae (BGA) sensors, colored soluble organic matter (CDOM) sensors, sludge concentration (MLSS) sensors, and turbidity sensors). Together, these high-precision devices form the core of our water quality monitoring system.

To ensure that these sensors can work stably under various complex water environment conditions, we pay special attention to their pressure resistance and air tightness tests in aqueous solutions. This testing process follows a scientific and rigorous methodology, using a step-by-step approach, increasing the pressure by 1 kg each time, and has now been raised to a water pressure standard of 4 kg. To this end, we are equipped with advanced boosting equipment that can provide stable and accurate pressure for the sensors to be tested. At the same time, through a high-precision data acquisition system, the real-time parameter changes of each sensor are seamlessly connected to the computer.

Using Modbus Poll, a professional software, we not only achieved real-time monitoring of sensor data but also accurately recorded every subtle parameter fluctuation, providing a solid foundation for subsequent data analysis. The entire test cycle lasted for 6 hours. Such long-term monitoring helped us to comprehensively evaluate the stability and durability of the sensors and ensure that they could withstand the test of time and environment in practical applications.

At present, from the video materials we have shown, it can be seen that all the sensors involved in the test have demonstrated satisfactory parameter stability, which is undoubtedly strong proof of our design and manufacturing capabilities. However, as an experiment aimed at exploring the limits of sensor performance, our exploration has not stopped. Daruifuno's water quality instrument development team will continue to advance the pressure resistance test and gradually increase the water pressure to accurately determine the maximum pressure resistance limit of each sensor, set stricter standards for future product development, and promote the continuous progress and innovation of water quality monitoring technology.
