The ORP Probe is an electrode used to measure the redox potential in a solution. It can determine the redox capacity of a solution by measuring the potential difference between the electrode and the reference electrode. The difference between a Digital ORP Probe and an Analog Orp Sensor is that the digital ORP electrode can directly output a digital signal, while the analog ORP electrode converts the signal to a digital signal through an analog signal converter.
ORP probes are mainly used in water treatment, food processing, metal processing, chemical production and other fields. In water treatment, it can be used to monitor the redox capacity in water to determine whether the water quality meets standards; In food processing, it can be used to monitor redox capacity in food to ensure food quality and safety; In metal processing, ORP electrodes can be used to monitor the redox capacity of metal surfaces to determine the cleanliness of metal surfaces; In chemical production, Digital ORP Sensor can be used to monitor the redox capacity during a reaction to control the progress of the reaction.
