    The ORP value in water directly reflects changes in the concentration of oxidizing substances such as chlorine, Ozone, and hydrogen peroxide, or reducing substances such as sulfide, nitrite, and organic matter. Abnormalities in these substances can directly threaten water quality safety. The core of online monitoring of water's ORP value(oxidation-reduction potential)is to capture changes in the redox state of water in real time and continuously, solving pain points such as offline detection lag, large errors in manual testing, and difficulty in predicting risks, ultimately achieving precise control of water quality safety, process efficiency, and environmental compliance. The use of offline ORP sensors allows for continuous, real-time monitoring of water’s ORP value. When used in conjunction with an online ORP controller, it can realize more functions such as display, data output, linked dosing, alarm system, historical records, and more.

    The ORP Sensor housing features 1-inch NPT thread at both ends and comes with a cleaning and protective cover.

    The default digital cable is 5 meters, but custom length are available.

It can stably withstand extreme acid and alkaline environments with a pH range of 1-14.

Stainless steel offers high mechanical strength, resistance to impact and abrasion, and a housing that resists deformation and cracking. While conventional plastic-cased ORP sensors typically have a lifespan of 6-12 months under challenging operating conditions, stainless steel ones can extend this to 2-3 years, reducing the labor and logistics costs of frequent replacement.
