Product Description

The infrared scattering method uses the scattering characteristics of solid particles in the sludge to infrared light to measure the concentration. When infrared light passes through a sludge sample, the solid particles scatter the light, and the intensity of the scattered light is proportional to the concentration of the particles. MLSS series sludge concentration sensors provide different measurement ranges, and users can choose according to their needs. Shell material also has the choice of PVC and stainless steel. The digital sludge concentration sensor can output data through RS485 digital signal to analyze the effect of sludge treatment process. By monitoring changes in sludge concentration, treatment efficiency can be assessed and necessary adjustments and controls can be made. The online sludge concentration sensor can monitor the sludge concentration in real time, and measure the sludge concentration of water quality by infrared optical method. The suspend solids sensor can be connect to the online suspend solids controller to realize more functions.
