Description

Industrial PH Sensor, also known as industrial pH Probe, is an online water quality monitoring device mainly used for industrial pH value in water. Our ASP400T industrial pH sensor adopts PPS housing, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. Considering that temperature fluctuations will affect pH readings, this sensor has a built-in PT1000 temperature probe, which can be seamlessly integrated with the pH controller to detect and compensate for temperature changes while measuring pH value.

Our unique selling point is that the probe is compatible with the cleaning sheath, which can be easily connected to the user's air pump or water pump. By configuring the control relay, the underwater self-cleaning function can be realized, which is very suitable for sewage environment. This function not only saves labor, but also prevents the probe from accumulating scale underwater, thereby ensuring that the measurement accuracy is not affected.

The features of the industrial pH sensor are as follows:

Low impedance hemispherical glass head, high strength, not easy to break.

The pH electrode reference adopts a large-area annular porous PTFE membrane, which has fast penetration speed, fast response, not easy to clog, and easy to clean.

The reference electrode is Ag/AgCl, filled with saturated KCL + excess KCL crystals.

There are mounting threads at the head and tail for easy installation.

Standard low-noise wire, wire length can be customized.

With reasonable use and correct maintenance, the service life of the pH probe is relatively long.
