Description
Daruifuno's OZ10 online
Ozone Sensor uses the film-covered ampere principle and is suitable for various water treatment applications including drinking water. The sensor is resistant to surfactants. The ozone sensor has a built-in temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation, fast response time, and good stability. Equipped with an ozone controller, it can realize display, control, history recording, output and other functions.
In drinking water treatment, it is often necessary to use ozone disinfectant in the disinfection process. Ozone disinfectants can effectively kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms in water, and also remove odor and color from water. Ozone disinfectant can also oxidize organic substances in water, oxidize heavy metal ions in water, convert them into water-insoluble precipitates or substances that are easy to remove, and improve water quality and safety. The concentration of ozone disinfectant should be controlled within a safe range, too high a concentration may cause harm to the human body and the environment. Therefore, when using ozone disinfectant for drinking water treatment, it should be monitored and controlled strictly in accordance with relevant standards and filings.

Features
Ozone sensor is small and compact, robust
The output mode supports 4-20mA or RS485
High sensor accuracy without consuming chemical reagents
Used with a flow cell, the water flow is 15-30L/h
?
Principle
The membrane-covered amperometric ozone sensor is based on electrochemical principles. The surface of the working electrode of the sensor is covered with a layer of ozone selective membrane. When the ozone molecules touch the surface of the membrane, a redox reaction will occur and an electric current will be generated. By measuring the size of the current, the size of the ozone concentration can be determined.

Store
The Ozone sensor needs to be stored in a dry environment at 5-40°C without electrolyte。
Electrolyte needs to avoid sunlight, store at 5-35°C, pay attention to the shelf life when using。
The membrane cap should be stored in the original packaging at 5-40°C, the used membrane cap cannot be stored again。
