    Overview

    The COD351 series online COD Sensor independently developed and produced by Delfino can not only measure the COD value of water quality in real time, but also measure the TOC and turbidity value of water quality at the same time. Used with our DUC2-COD Controller, the BOD value of the water quality can also be displayed. This COD sensor is based on the principle of UV absorption, has a small size, and has an integrated cleaning brush for easy installation and high reliability.?

    Measurement Principle

    Many organic substances dissolved in water have an absorption effect on ultraviolet light. Therefore, by measuring the absorption of ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 254 nm by these organic substances, the total amount of organic pollutants in the water can be measured. This online COD sensor adopts two light sources, one 254nm ultraviolet light, and one way turbidity compensation, which automatically eliminates the interference of suspended solids value in water, making the measurement more stable and reliable.
