Structure and Installation Process

The installation system consists of three main components:

1. Pipe Cap
2. Sensor Fixing Plate
3. Pipeline Installation Body

Installation Steps

1. Insert two sealing rings into the grooves of the sensor fixing plate.
2. Apply a small amount of silicone grease evenly on the O-rings.
3. Gently and horizontally insert the sensor tail into the fixing plate, rotating it along the thread until tightened.
4. Place the sensor with the fixing plate into the pipeline installation body.
5. Tighten the pipe cap to complete the installation.

Maintenance: To maintain the sensor, simply unscrew the pipe cap and remove the sensor for servicing.

Additional Notes

• The typical lifespan of the sealing rings is 1-2 years. Replace them on schedule.
• If water leakage occurs at the top of the fixing plate, the O-rings may need replacement.
