Water Conductivity Sensor, also known as water Conductivity Probe, is an accurate and stable analytical instrument used to measure conductivity in water. It is widely used in water quality monitoring, industrial production, food processing, sewage and water treatment and other fields.
Conductivity refers to the concentration and speed of movement of ions in a substance and is a measure of a liquid's ability to conduct electricity. A conductivity sensor is an instrument used to measure the conductivity of a liquid or solution. The analog conductivity sensor calculates the conductivity by measuring the conductivity of the current in the liquid or solution, and can be used in many fields, such as water quality monitoring, industrial production, food processing, etc. Daruifuno's ASCK series conductivity sensor is made of stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance, small size, light weight, and easy installation. The principle of the conductivity electrode is a two-pole type. There are three kinds of K constants to choose from, namely 0.01, 0.1 and 1, which can meet the measurement requirements of different ranges. Connecting the Conductivity Controller AEC1 can realize display, control and output functions.
The principle of the conductivity sensor is based on Ohm's law and Faraday's law of electrolysis. Ohm's law states that current is proportional to voltage, while Faraday's law of electrolysis states that current is proportional to the concentration and velocity of ions. Therefore, a conductivity sensor calculates conductivity by measuring the ability of a liquid or solution to conduct an electric current.

This analog conductivity sensor has many advantages: 316L stainless steel material with 1/2 inch NPT thread for easy installation; the electrode has a PT1000 high-precision temperature resistance, which can be used for temperature measurement and compensation after connecting to the meter; 10 The cable length of 1 meter meets the installation requirements of most scenarios; three kinds of K constants can be selected, and the measurement range is from 0.05 to 2000uS/cm.

Conductivity sensor is used in a wide range of applications, whether it is water quality monitoring, industrial production or food processing. It can measure various water qualities such as ultrapure water, pure water, DM water, surface water, sewage and wastewater. Conductivity electrodes have a long lifespan, are generally not damaged, and do not require frequent maintenance and calibration.
Before leaving the factory, our company will calibrate the sensor and mark the K constant. After the customer gets the electrode, you only needs to input the corresponding K constant in the controller to use it. If you are interested in our conductivity analyzer, we also have pH ORP analyzer, turbidity analyzer, dissolved oxygen analyzer and other water quality instruments.
