Overview
The DUC2-TU digital turbidity analyzer measures the concentration of suspended matter in water through sensors, and then converts the measurement results into digital signals for processing and monitoring. The role of the digital turbidity analyzer in sewage treatment plants is to monitor and control the turbidity during sewage treatment to ensure that the effluent turbidity meets the specified standards. The controller housing is reinforced ABS with a protection level of IP66.
Function
1. The controller of the turbidity analyzer can be connected to the Turbidity Sensor to monitor the turbidity level in the water in real time to ensure that the water quality meets the standard requirements. 2. When the turbidity exceeds the set safety threshold, the controller will sound an alarm to remind the operator to take necessary control measures. Users can use the controller's relay or current to set it.
3. The Turbidity Controller has RS485 communication and can be integrated with the water treatment system to automatically adjust the treatment process according to the turbidity level to maintain the stability of water quality. 4. The turbidity analyzer can record 10,000 data and the latest 100 maintenance records, so as to monitor and evaluate water quality changes and improve water treatment processes.
