4-20mA RS485 Online Suspend Solids Controller

The content of suspended solids in water quality is one of the important indicators for evaluating water bodies. Suspended solids sensors are usually used with a Suspended Solids Controller. Widely used in solid suspension control in industrial production process, such as water treatment, waste water treatment, ore flotation and other processes. By controlling the concentration and particle size of suspended solids, product quality can be improved, waste emissions can be reduced, and the environment can be protected. The DUC2-SS Suspended Solids Sensor developed and produced by Daruifuno can be connected with a digital suspended solids sensor to realize real-time online monitoring of suspended solids in water quality. The principle of the suspended solids analyzer is to use the absorption characteristics of infrared light. The sensor emits an infrared light source. The infrared light passes through the water sample and reaches the receiver after a certain distance. When there are suspended solids in the water, these suspended substances will absorb part Infrared light, which causes the intensity of infrared light received by the receiver to decrease. The concentration of suspended solids in water can be determined by the change of the received infrared light intensity. During the measurement process, it may be affected by the turbidity of the water sample, so the controller also needs to compensate for the turbidity.
