Refillable PH Electrode is that they maintain stable performance and accurate measurements by replenishing the electrolyte usually a KCl solution, significantly extending the electrode's lifespan. This makes them particularly suitable for harsh or demanding measurement environments. The ASP220EHF series refillable pH electrodes are newly developed, long-life electrodes suitable for use in some high-temperature environments. These pH electrodes can be used with an online pH controlelr for continuous, real-time pH monitoring.

Advantages of refillable pH electrode:
- Higher performance stability: during measurement, the electrolyte inside the electrode slowly depletes or becomes ineffective due to contamination. The refillable design allows for regular replenishment of fresh electrolyte, avoiding measurement drift caused by electrolyte depletion and ensuring long-term accuracy.
- Longer service life: compared to non-refillable disposable electrodes which become useless upon electrolyte depletion, refillable electrodes typically extend their service life by 3-5 times through maintenance procedures such as electrolyte replenishment and internal cavity cleaning, reducing long-term operating cost.
- Adaptability to complex operating conditions: in measurement environments with high ionic strength, high contamination(such as those containing proteins or suspended particles), or high temperatures such as industrial fermentation and wastewater treatment, electrolyte depletion is faster and more susceptible to contamination. The refillable design allows for timely electrolyte replacement, preventing premature electrode failure. Non-refillable electrodes, however, significantly shorten their lifespan in such environments.
- Lower maintenance costs: while the initial purchase price may be slightly higher, subsequent use requires only replenishment with inexpensive KCl electrolyte, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of the entire electrode, resulting in lower overall long-term costs.

- Industrial production process monitoring: Chemical/pharmaceutical applications, such as real-time pH monitoring in acid-base reactors and solution preparation tanks, require long-term stable measurement to ensure product quality. High ionic strength or chemicals in these processes can accelerate electrolyte depletion.
