PFA, a type of fluoroplastic is characterized by strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and low adsorption. Ring-shaped conductivity electrode made from PFA offer significant advantages in measuring liquid conductivity in industrial, environmental, food and pharmaceutical applications. PFA is virtually unreactive to strong acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrofluoric acid; stong bases such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide;stong oxidants such as potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide; and organic solvents such as methanol, acetone, and chloroform. This ensures long-term stability in high corrosive systems such as chemical wastewater, electroplating solution, and acid-base cleaning solution. The ASC200-PFA online toroidal
Inductive Conductivity Sensor has a wide measurement range and is primarily designed for measuring the concentration of acid and alkali.?

Electromagnetic induction conductivity electrode principle:
toroidal conductivity electrode typically utilize a coaxial dual-ring coil structure. Two coils(an excitation coil and a detection coil) are coaxially encapsulated within an insulating housing, forming a "measurement channel" for the liquid to flow through. Neither coil directly contacts the measured liquid. When an alternating current flows throug the excitation coil, an excitation magnetic field is generated around the coil that varies periodically over time. The measured liquid, as a conductive medium, can be considered the equivalent of a closed conductive loop. When the alternating magnetic field passes throug the liquid, an induced electric field is generated within the liquid according to faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Eddy currents in the liquid generate their own laternating magnetic field, also known as the induced magnetic field passes through the detection coil, an induced electromotive force is generated across the detection coil, again according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.
