Conductivity refers to the conductance value per unit length and is usually used to describe the concentration of electrolytes in a solution. The higher the conductivity, the higher the electrolyte concentration. Monitoring the conductivity of water can help us understand the quality of the water. The online Conductivity Controller AEC1-T developed and produced by Daruifuno can be connected with simulated conductivity electrodes to achieve continuous monitoring of conductivity values of various types of water quality. The display range of the conductivity controller is 0~20mS/cm, and it can be connected to conductivity electrodes of different ranges. The conductivity of water is affected by the type and concentration of ions dissolved in the water. The conductivity can be used to determine whether there are pollutants or salts in the water. Therefore, conductivity analyzers are widely used in surface water, pure water, RO reverse osmosis, sewage and other occasions. The AEC1-T1 online conductivity controller(ec controlelr) is equipped with 2 SPST relays and two 0/4-20mA currents to meet the user's more control or output needs. Another advantage of this conductivity controller is that in addition to conductivity, it can also display resistivity, salinity and TDS values.

The following are some notes on the use of conductivity meter:
1. How to set K constant?
After customers receive the conductivity controller and sensor, they need to set the K constant before formal measurement. Our conductivity electrodes are calibrated before leaving the factory, and the K constant of the sensor is marked on the cable. After the clients gets it, there is no need to calibrate, as long as the K constant value on the wire mark is entered into the controller. The setting method is: long press the menu key to enter the main menu, select 【probe set】-【K constant set】, and press the direction keys to enter the value. Return to the main interface and you can see that the K constant in the lower right Corner displays the same value as the line mark.

2. How to set up the temperature sensor?
The effect of temperature on conductivity measurement is relatively obvious. The default temperature unit of the ASCK series stainless steel conductivity electrode is PT1000. We also have conductivity electrodes with NTC10K temperature unit. Users also need to set the temperature sensor correctly before use, otherwise abnormal measurement results will occur. On the line mark of the sensor, we also mark the type of temperature sensor, such as PT1000, NTC10K. The setting method is: long press the menu key to enter the main menu, select【temperature】-【probe type】, you can choose PT1000 or NTC10K.

3. How is the conductivity controller calibrated?
Usually, the conductivity sensors of the ASCK series have been calibrated before leaving the factory. Users only need to input the K constant value according to the line mark, and there is no need to calibrate it by themselves. If users want to calibrate themselves, our AEC controller supports up to 5-point calibration. Here are the calibration methods. Long press the menu key to enter the main menu, select【probe set】-【probe Cal】-【1ST point cal】, enter the user's standard solution value, and press enter to start calibration. If you want to continue calibration, select 【2nd point cal】.?
